Gold-molybdenum new material flue gas is mainly produced in the smelting reaction: During the smelting reaction, the metal compounds in the ore react chemically with oxygen to produce metal oxides and harmful gases. Refining and slag removal: During the refining and slag removal process, flue gas containing harmful substances will be produced. Based on many years of experience in environmental protection flue gas treatment, our company uses desulfurization and denitrification + wet electrostatic precipitator for treatment.
Wet desulfurization: The flue gas is introduced into the desulfurization tower and contacted with an alkaline solution (such as sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate solution) to remove sulfur dioxide from the flue gas. Wet electrostatic precipitator: Its principle is that when the gas containing dust passes through the high-voltage electric field inside the electrostatic precipitator, the charge is ionized and obtained by the dust. Under the action of the electric field force, it moves towards the first level where the dust is gathered and is adsorbed at this level. Then the dust is removed by using water washing and finally falls into the ash hopper and discharged.
The acid mist waste gas containing particulate matter enters the spray tower equipment to remove most of the acid mist and cool it down, and then enters the wet electrostatic purifier. The water mist of the wet flue gas is removed and placed on the anode tube through the high-voltage electric field formed by the anode system and the cathode system. The acid mist and particulate matter are fully washed to the bottom through the spray system, thereby further removing the dust particles and acid mist in the flue gas. After meeting the standards, it is discharged in an organized manner at high altitude.
