Inner Mongolia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual production of 100,000 tons of polyferric sulfate and sodium hypochlorite, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, liquid alkali, hydrocyanic acid, hydrochloric acid, and ammonia storage projects. The existing sodium hypochlorite, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, liquid alkali, hydrochloric acid, and ammonia storage waste gas needs to be treated.
Industrial acid and alkali solution storage tank waste gas treatment process
Based on the relevant information/requirements provided by the company and the on-site investigation and technical exchanges of our technical personnel, Jufeng Environmental Protection decided to use "centrifugal fan + spray tower + high-pressure wet electrostatic purifier" for treatment.
After being collected, the acid and alkali waste gas enters the spray tower for treatment, and most of the sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid/nitric acid mist is removed by spraying alkali solution (NaOH), and then enters the high-pressure wet electrostatic purifier to further remove water mist and acid mist, after being collected, the ammonia waste gas enters the spray tower for treatment, and most of the ammonia is removed by spraying acid solution (dilute sulfuric acid H2S04) 2NH3+H2SO4=(NH4)2S04), and then enters the high-pressure wet electrostatic purifier to further remove water mist and acid mist for high-altitude organized emission.
Performance characteristics of industrial acid and alkali solution storage tank waste gas treatment equipment
1. It can efficiently and quickly remove 99% of particulate matter, tar, aerosol, acid mist and free water in flue gas. In the presence of ammonia, 80% of sulfur dioxide and 40% of nitrogen oxides are removed.
2. The equipment is simple and reliable, and can achieve desulfurization (no white smoke) under harsh low-pressure conditions such as rainy days.
3. Easy installation, only need to be installed on an elevated platform between the chimney and the desulfurization tower, and the site occupancy is very small.
4. The construction time is short and the speed is fast. The ordinary desulfurization project can be completed from production to installation and commissioning in 60 days.
